Warranty-Return of products

Warranty of proper function and good condition of the products is active for 1 year from the time the product has been purchased.

You have the right to return the products you purchased only in cases where there was a defect in them due to proven fault of VENTUS S.A. and within 14days of receipt. Returns are only accepted if the products have not been used and are in the same condition as when you received them. Attention! No returns are accepted on products manufactured to your desired dimensions.

Change-Cancellation of order

Before you complete your order, there is capability of changing the quantity, or even deletion of the products, through the shopping cart.

Delivery of products

Products are delivered outside the store.

If the client wants the delivery to be in their store, there will be extra charge after communication with the Customer Service Department at 2105810600 or via email at info@ventus .com.gr.
