You have the right to return the products you purchased only in cases where there was a defect in them due to proven fault of VENTUS S.A. and within 48 hours of receipt. Returns are only accepted if the products have not been used and are in the same condition as when you received them. Attention! No returns are accepted on products manufactured to your desired dimensions.
